Property Manager - HostAway (Female only)

We’re a growing short-term rental management company in the UK, managing serviced apartments and holiday lets. We're looking for an experienced Admin Coordinator to support our short-term rental portfolio.


Key tasks include:

Managing properties using Hostaway (primary system)
Applicants must have prior experience using Hostaway *Please only apply if you have relevant experience.
Handling listings and reservations on Airbnb and Booking com Extranet
Dispute reviews, cancel reservations without penalty
Guest communication and customer service
Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance
Keeping calendars, pricing, and availability accurate
Optimising listings and responding to reviews
Canva - light editing
Order processing - Ikea, Dunelm, Argos etc.
Breezeway - maintenance and cleaning


Requirements:
Strong organisational skills
Proven track record in short-term rental management
Experience in short-term property management
Excellent customer service skills
Profecient using Hostaway, Airbnb, and BDC Extranet (Atleast 1-2 years)
Strong written English and attention to detail
Must be available to work UK hours and flexible to work shifts, including weekends
Able to handle fast-paced work environments with minimal supervision
