Property Manager - Airbnb + General Mangement

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to help streamline our operations, manage administrative tasks, and enhance tenant and landlord relations.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and resourceful Virtual Assistant with experience in property management, specifically Airbnb and long-term rentals. The ideal candidate must have excellent English proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle outbound cold calls confidently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Airbnb listings, bookings, pricing, and guest communications
Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and property-related admin
Oversee general admin tasks, including email management, invoicing, and reporting
Communicate with landlords, contractors, and tenants professionally
Make outbound calls to prospective landlords, tenants, and partners
Assist in automating and optimising property management processes

Requirements:
Proven experience in Airbnb/short-term rental management
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling negotiations
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Familiarity with property management software (preferred but not essential)
