Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break
Salary: $1,400/m


Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff/Senior Accountant to play a key role in strengthening financial reporting accuracy and acting as a quality control layer across accounting processes. This role will act as a key layer above accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, strengthening controls, and contributing to the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial reporting, variance analysis, and collaboration with Property Managers to support budgeting and overall financial performance.




Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial reporting across a portfolio of approximately 25–30 properties, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
Review and oversee AP/AR transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support and actively participate in the month-end close process
Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key financial insights
Review financial reports and detect discrepancies or errors
Partner closely with Property Managers on budgets and financial performance
Provide recommendations to improve accounting processes and controls
Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards



Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–6+ years of accounting experience (property accounting strongly preferred)
Experience working with US-based clients, companies, or portfolios
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proven ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and process gaps
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (client-facing role)
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
