Virtual Operations Assistant

Property Management • Bookkeeping • Real Estate Operations

-About Us-

We are a diversified real estate company with over 20 years of experience in construction, land development, and long-term property management. Our company owns, develops, and manages our real estate portfolio and continue to grow each year.

We are looking for an intelligent, dependable, and highly organized Virtual Operations Assistant to help support our accounting, property management, and day-to-day business operations.

This position offers the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the real estate business while working directly with company leadership.

-Schedule-

This position requires flexibility while maintaining consistent availability during Florida business hours.

Typical schedule will include:

* **Monday through Thursday:** Approximately 10:00 AM–1:00 PM Florida Time start, with an ending time between approximately 4:00 PM–7:00 PM depending on workload and scheduling.
* **Friday:** Full workday required. Typical schedule begins between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM and ends between approximately 3:30 PM–5:00 PM.
* **Saturday:** Preferred but not required. Typical schedule between 8:00 AM–2:00 PM with an ending time between approximately 2:00 PM–4:00 PM.
* **Sunday:** Off.
* One weekday (Monday through Thursday) will also be scheduled off as per your choice.

The purpose of this schedule is to provide overlap with existing staff while ensuring coverage during periods when additional assistance is needed.

Applicants must be able to consistently work during these Florida (Eastern Time) business hours.

-Training & Evaluation Period-

New tea ---------- mbers will complete a "two-month training and evaluation period", during which training, guidance, and ongoing feedback will be provided. Successful completion of this period may lead to a permanent long-term position with additional responsibilities and opportunities for growth.

-Preferred Experience-

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

- Rent Manager
- QuickBooks Online
- Residential Property Management
- Customer Service
- Bookkeeping or Accounting
- Administrative or Operations Support

-Responsibilities-

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Manage daily tasks within Rent Manager or other property management software
- Enter and categorize banking transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and vendor payments
- Complete weekly and monthly reconciliations
- Research properties, vendors, permits, and real estate-related information
- Assist with underwriting and financial analysis on prospective projects
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communication
- Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and tea ---------- mbers
- Organize digital files and company records
- Assist with leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communication
- Help improve company systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Perform other administrative and real estate-related tasks as assigned

-Software Experience-

Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

- Rent Manager
- QuickBooks Online or other accounting software
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Acrobat
- DocuSign
- Dropbox
- ClickUp, ---------- , Asana, or similar task management software
- Other property management software
