Looking for a Virtual Assistant who will provide property management support.
Qualifications:
1+ years proven experience as an executive assistant.
1+ years property management experience.
1+ years marketing experience.
1+ years accounting experience.
Experience may be concurrent.
In-depth understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 Suite
College diploma.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills with high English comprehension during multi person phone meetings.
Ability to foresee the needs of the Executive and offer suggestions and solutions.
Familiarity with Rent Manager or other property management software.
Familiarity with accounts payable and documenting.
Must be quick, able to handle multiple assigned tasks, and be detail oriented.
Strong organization, time management, and accurate documentation is a must.
The primary near-term need will be taking over the property management of a portfolio of properties.
Property Management Key Responsibilities:
Resolving day to day issues that arise with tenants
Marketing of new homes for lease.
Reviewing, checking, approving/denying applications.
Tracking property expenses and renovation expenses
Working with onsite manager and contractors during renovations and property maintenance.
Bookkeeping of all payments and transactions. Preparation of financial reports.
Create written and video SOPs for all assigned tasks.
