Property Deal Sourcing Assistant (UK R2R/Arbitrage Focus)

I'm a UK-based property investor and deal sourcer specialising in rent-to-rent serviced accommodation and HMO deals. I'm looking for a part-time virtual assistant to take ownership of the full back-end workflow once a deal is identified — from analysis through to investor sign-off.

This is not a general VA role. I need someone who understands UK property, knows what makes a deal stack, and can work independently without hand-holding.

What you'll be doing:

- Running deal analysis (yield, ROI, cashflow projections) using spreadsheet templates or software
- Building professional deal packs in Canva or similar — ready to send to investors
- Posting deals to UK property Facebook groups and managing responses
- Liaising with investors — answering questions, following up, keeping them warm
- Sending out agreements, NDAs and reservation forms and tracking signatures
- Managing the deal workflow from analysis to completion
- Keeping a clean investor CRM — logging interest, criteria and follow-up dates


What I'm looking for:

- Genuine UK property knowledge and familiar with Rent to Rent/ Arbitrage Model
- Previous experience in property deal sourcing or deal packaging, even if in a support role
- Strong written English for investor-facing communication
- Comfortable with Canva, Google Sheets and a CRM
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
- Available during UK business hours for at least part of the week


Hours & Pay:
- Part-time, up to 10 hours per week to start, with room to grow.
