Property Condition Report Writer

I am looking for a new tea ---------- mber who can support us in writing detailed reports based on many photos we receive from our staff in Perth.
We do property condition reports for many different agencies around Perth. Currently myself and my full-timer are typing the reports but we simply can't keep up + she will be going on maternity leave end of March / April.
Happy to discuss casual, part time or full-time options.

Good eye for detail is very important.
Great english with solid grammar a must.
Someone who will figure things out, rather than wait for more instructions.
You ideally have a wide screen or 2 screens - as we both work with the software to type reports on one (side) screen and the photos on the other (side) screen.
