PropStream / REsimpli Deal Analyzer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PropStream / REsimpli Deal Analyzer to identify profitable real estate investment opportunities and support our acquisitions process. The ideal candidate will be skilled at finding high-potential deals, communicating with property owners, and presenting qualified opportunities to management for negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities:
Use PropStream to source and analyze off-market real estate opportunities.
Research comparable sales (comps), ARV, equity, and deal profitability.
Identify and qualify the best investment opportunities.
Contact property owners/sellers to gather information and establish initial relationships.
Present qualified deals and seller information to management for further handling and negotiation.
Maintain accurate records, notes, and pipeline updates in REsimpli.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with PropStream and REsimpli.
Strong understanding of real estate investing, wholesaling, or acquisitions.
Ability to analyze deals and identify profitable opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $4-$5
