**Title:** AI Prompt Engineer + Vibe Coder — Long-Term Remote

I run an AI-powered YouTube content business across 10+ channels. Almost every workflow runs on AI — script generation, thumbnail generation, idea generation, TTS optimization — and I've built several internal tools with Manus AI. Right now I'm the one doing all of it, and I'm hiring someone to take it over so I can scale.

This is a combo role. Two halves. You should be genuinely good at one of them and willing to grow into the other.

**Half 1 — Prompt Engineering:**

- I'll send you a reference (thumbnail style I like from another channel, a script style, an image style — anything)
- You sit with Claude and the relevant AI tool and iterate until our output consistently matches the reference. Not 1 in 5 attempts but 5 in 5.
- You document the working prompt and the workflow around it
- You maintain and extend our existing prompt library: character-driven script prompts (we have woodworking and plumbing characters with strict voice rules and structural constraints), thumbnail prompts (structured architecture for Nano Banana Pro), idea generation prompts, TTS prompts, and more.

**Half 2 — Vibe Coding:**

- I have internal tools built with Manus AI. When something needs to change or a new tool needs building, you're the one who builds it — not me.
- Examples of what you'd build: API connectors, workflow dashboards, comment scrapers, small webstores, browser automations.
- You read code, you edit code with AI assistance, you connect APIs (Claude, OpenAI, image gen tools, YouTube, Google Sheets, etc.). You don't need to be a senior developer — you need to be the person who can sit with Cursor or Manus and ship working tools.

**Pay tiers:**

- Base — $500/month: Strong with Claude/ChatGPT, comfortable iterating prompts to consistent output, basic familiarity with one AI builder (Manus, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar)
- Mid — $8000/month: Strong with 2+ AI builders, has shipped at least one real internal tool, comfortable with APIs, can read and edit code with AI help
- Top — $1,000/month: Power user across the stack, portfolio of vibe-coded tools and prompt workflows, API-confident, can take a vague problem and ship a working solution end-to-end

(as you progress in the team, these tiers can rise significantly. there will also be bonuses based on performance which can see you earn up to $2000/month

**You're a strong fit if:**

- You iterate naturally — you know when the prompt is the problem vs. when the model is the problem
- You're self-directed — I send you the problem, you go solve it, you come back with the answer
- You can describe your thinking clearly in writing
- You have strong written English
- You're long-term — this is not a project gig, it's a permanent role

**Bonus knowledge that we value:**

- Hands-on AI experience
- Building tools that connect to YouTube API, Claude API, Anthropic SDK, image gen APIs
- Experience with character-driven or structured prompt systems
- Comment scraping, content idea generation, YouTube automation
