Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly websites and ensuring that they meet the company’s standards for usability, accessibility, and performance. As a Web Designer, you will work closely with our development team, marketing, and other departments to create engaging and functional websites for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and design specifications.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for website design.
3. Design and maintain responsive websites that are mobile and desktop-friendly.
4. Optimize web designs for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Ensure the design is consistent with brand guidelines and style guides.
6.Test websites across browsers and devices for compatibility and user experience.
7.Stay up-to-date with web design trends, tools, and technologies.
8.Review and improve the design and user experience of existing websites.
9. Handle design revisions based on feedback from clients or team members.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
2. Portfolio showcasing web design projects.
3.Strong attention to detail and creativity.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
