Project Officer – Residential Development

SEARMS is a not for profit organisation located in Batemans Bay NSW Australia. We manages 450+ community housing properties cross the South-Eastern seaboard of NSW.

The Project Officer will play a critical role in supporting SEARMS in coordinating and managing funding efforts with funding bodies and other funding and professional service providers.

This role is responsible for facilitating seamless communication, coordinating project-related inputs, and providing commercial insights to drive efficient project negotiations and agreements. The position requires expertise in project management, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement to support the successful delivery of SEARMS projects.

An understanding of the development and construction industry is essential, with a strong focus on documentation and project scheduling to manage current and future projects. Experience in contract administration is highly desirable.
