JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Production Manager to lead and oversee production activities across construction projects. This role focuses heavily on project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timelines, quality standards, and project objectives are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, in-depth construction knowledge, experience in material takeoffs and proposal preparation, and the ability to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Develop and implement detailed production plans and project schedules
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues
Oversee material procurement and delivery timelines

Resource Management:

Allocate and manage labor resources efficiently
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors

Quality Control:

Enforce company and industry quality standards
Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
Address design changes and field challenges in a timely manner

Takeoffs & Proposal Development:

Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Perform accurate material takeoffs for each project
Prepare clear, detailed, and competitive project proposals and scopes of work

Executive Administrative Support:

Provide direct administrative support to the CEO on construction-related initiatives
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordination of executive-level tasks
Prepare project summaries, presentations, and key documentation for leadership review
Help track priorities, deadlines, and high-level project deliverables

Communication & Leadership:

Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Experience in construction project management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, and processes
Experience performing material takeoffs and preparing proposals
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in project management software is a plus
Strong administrative and reporting skills, with the ability to support executive leadership
Solid understanding of construction safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Background in Architecture or Engineering is highly preferred
