Project Manager - Website Development

VS Ventures in a fintech startup looking to hire a Project Manager in the website development space.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the website & feature development, ensuring timely delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, and milestones based on business needs.
Coordinate between developers and leadership.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep, ensuring smooth execution.
Utilize Agile methodologies for task management

Requirements:
Expert communicator - expert level english (written & spoken)
Being a self starter is a must - we expect you to make recommendations of tools you have used in the past for project management, ability to lead a project based on requirements - ask insightful questions about requirements
Experience in the Microsoft Suite of Tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). We will use Teams for meetings and messaging
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/web development.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
Understanding of fintech, stock markets, or investment platforms.
Experience working with developers, designers, and content teams.
Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to identify roles that will need to be hired based on the complexity of project

Monday-Friday
7am-11am Philippine Standard Time (PST) - 20hrs/wk
