Job Title: Project Manager – Product Launch (Full-Time, Remote)

We’re a fast-growing health and wellness brand preparing to launch a new functional drink in Summer 2025, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can drive this exciting product launch from start to finish. This is a full-time remote role and ideal for someone with a proven track record in FMCG, wellness, or retail, who’s ready to take ownership and lead a fast-paced, cross-functional team effort.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end launch of a new consumer health product
- Coordinate across internal teams (Marketing, Product, Creative, Sales) and external partners (retailers, agencies, suppliers)
- Ensure timely execution of all deliverables and manage timelines, documentation, and reporting
- Track key campaign metrics, market trends, and customer feedback and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Resolve roadblocks and dependencies quickly and efficiently
- Represent the brand professionally in internal and external meetings, and be the go-to person for launch progress updates
- Deliver high-quality outputs that reflect the brand’s vision and standards

Who We’re Looking For:
- 1-3+ years of experience in project management within FMCG, retail, or wellness industries
- Strong experience in leading product launches from planning to execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – both internally and externally
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working across multiple functions in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Hands-on with project management tools like Asana, Upgrade to see actual info, ClickUp, or similar

Bonus If You Have:
- Experience working with e-commerce and brand-building initiatives
- Familiarity with campaign analytics and KPI dashboards
- Past experience with launching consumer products from the ground up
