Project Manager & Scrum Master (Right Hand / Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager & Scrum Master who will also serve as the right hand to our lead project manager. You will be a key support pillar for our entire team — keeping projects on track, facilitating agile workflows, and jumping in wherever help is needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a versatile, hands-on position for someone who loves structure, thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will work closely with our project manager and cross-functional team to ensure tasks move forward efficiently.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scrum Master in ClickUp: manage sprints, track tasks, identify blockers, and ask "why are tasks not progressing?" — then help solve it
- Monitor task progress across all projects and proactively follow up with team members
- Prepare and create whitepapers, SOPs, and structured documentation for larger projects
- Handle logical preparation tasks for Shopify and warehouse/ERP (WWS) system projects
- Export and prepare Figma designs for development handoff or other uses
- Create and schedule social media postings
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and general project coordination
- Assist in eCommerce operations and provide general support wherever needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience with ClickUp (task management, sprints, dashboards)
- Proficiency in Figma (exporting assets, preparing design files)
- Understanding of eCommerce (ideally Shopify or similar platforms)
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in agile project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently, follow up proactively, and take ownership
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bonus: experience with WWS or ERP/warehouse management systems
- Bonus: social media management experience
