JOB OVERVIEW

Eastern Europe | work in IL hours

We are looking for a part-time Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to help manage and organize marketing projects across our eCommerce and growth team.
-Fluent English
-The role is focused on execution, coordination, follow-up, and making sure projects move forward on time.

Key responsibilities
-Manage marketing projects from brief to launch, making sure timelines, owners, and deliverables are clear.
-Coordinate between internal tea ---------- mbers, freelancers, agencies, designers, copywriters, developers, media buyers, and other external partners.
-Keep weekly marketing priorities organized across landing pages, paid media, email marketing, CRO, creative production, website updates, and product launches.
-Build and maintain clear project roadmaps, task lists, deadlines, and status updates.
-Make sure marketing assets are delivered on time, including ads, emails, landing pages, product pages, banners, UGC briefs, and creative briefs.
-Follow up with tea ---------- mbers and external partners to remove blockers and keep execution moving.
-Support A/B testing workflows by coordinating copy, design, development, QA, and launch timing.
-Help organize creative production, including ad concepts, video briefs, UGC content, and performance creative iterations.
-Track project progress and share clear weekly updates with the marketing leadership team.
-Improve internal processes, communication, documentation, and task management so the team works faster and more efficiently.
-Make sure projects are aligned with TempraMed’s brand, business goals, and customer experience.

Requirements
-5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, eCommerce, consumer products, health tech, or DTC brands.
-Experience managing marketing projects from brief to launch, including timelines, owners, deliverables, and follow-ups.
-Understanding of how marketing projects move from idea to execution, including creative briefs, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media tasks, website updates, and creative production.
-Experience working with project management and communication tools. We currently work with Slack and want to manage marketing tasks through tools such as Trello.
-Highly organized, proactive, and able to create structure in a fast-moving environment.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up, push tasks forward, and remove blockers.
-Comfortable working with internal tea ---------- mbers, freelancers, agencies, designers, copywriters, developers, and media buyers.
-Able to work independently in a part-time role and keep projects moving without constant supervision.
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable managing several projects at the same time.

Nice to have
-Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Meta Ads, Google Ads, UGC, or affiliate marketing workflows.
-Experience working with eCommerce, medical, wellness, diabetes, or consumer healthcare brands.
-Familiarity with CRO testing, landing pages, and direct-response marketing.
