#About Us

Apex Agent Pro is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, client deliverables, software implementation projects, and team accountability.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed projects within a marketing agency, SaaS company, or digital marketing environment and can keep multiple teams, deadlines, and priorities organized.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and understands how marketing campaigns and media buying work.

Responsibilities

* Manage multiple client and internal projects simultaneously
* Coordinate between leadership, marketing, sales, fulfillment, and development teams
* Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
* Lead tea ---------- etings and provide status updates
* Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems
* Build and maintain project timelines, SOPs, and workflows
* Ensure team accountability and follow-through
* Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics
* Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Project Manager in a Marketing Agency, SaaS Company, or Digital Agency
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
* Experience managing Facebook and Google Ads projects
* Media Buying experience (Meta and/or Google Ads)
* Experience using project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, ---------- , Trello, Jira, or similar
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* C2-Level English (Written and Verbal) is REQUIRED
