Overview/Roles:

We’re looking for a highly organised, process-driven Project Manager with CRM expertise (preferably HubSpot) to help lay strong foundations for our business. You’ll report directly to the company principal, playing a key role in managing CRM processes, marketing automation, and operational systems.

This is a full-time position with benefits including health coverage and paid holiday/sick leave.

- CRM setup and management (preferably HubSpot)
- Workflow and process mapping (e.g. Miro)
- Marketing automation and email sequencing
- Marketing database management
- Campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
- Admin and project coordination
- Internal and client communications
- Reporting and analytics
