We are looking for a Hybrid Project Manager & GoHighLevel Specialist to own the setup, launch, and ongoing optimization of our digital funnels, automations, and client campaigns. This is a senior execution role for someone who loves turning strategy and Loom videos into well run projects and functioning GoHighLevel systems, not a “figure out our business from scratch” role.
About The Role
You will manage projects from idea to launch, coordinating with the founder and any contractors, while building, maintaining, and improving our GoHighLevel funnels, automations, and pipelines. You’ll thrive if you enjoy keeping a lot of moving pieces organized, documenting as you go, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We already have offers, strategies, and templates; your job is to execute, refine, and keep launches on track, not to invent everything from zero.
Key Responsibilities
• Turn high-level ideas and Loom instructions into clear, actionable task lists and project plans in our PM tool.
• Build and update GoHighLevel funnels, pipelines, automations, forms, calendars, and
• Own launch timelines: coordinate tasks, track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure milestones are hit on time.
• Coordinate with the founder and contractors (copy, design, tech) to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Perform thorough QA on funnels and automations before launch so tags, triggers,
• Document processes and build simple SOPs as we go, so projects become easier and faster to repeat over time.
• Monitor basic performance metrics in GHL (pipeline movement, show-up rates, contact flow) and flag issues or opportunities for improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are an organized, proactive operator who enjoys working inside GoHighLevel daily and being the person who keeps everything moving. You pride yourself on reliability, follow through, and being able to take a Loom and quietly get the job done without hand holding.
You have:
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management, operations, or a similar role in online/digital businesses.
• At least 2–3 years hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel (or a very similar CRM/automation platform) building funnels, automations, and appointment pipelines.
• Proven experience turning ideas and voice/video notes into structured tasks, timelines, and well-documented processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the habit of QA’ing your own work before asking for review.
• Clear written English and confidence communicating asynchronously via Slack,
• Comfort working remotely, managing your own time, and staying accountable to deadlines and outcomes.
Nice to have (not required):
• Experience building funnels and simple landing pages using templates (no custom coding needed).
• Understanding of sales pipelines, lead nurture sequences, and appointment booking flows.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or similar tools to track simple metrics and task lists.
Tools You’ll Use
• GoHighLevel – for funnels, automations, CRM, and calendars.
• A project management tool (Trello, ClickUp, or similar) – for tasks, timelines, and launch tracking.
• Slack and Loom – for communication, updates, and video walkthroughs.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) – for documentation and tracking.
Working Style & Hours
• Remote role with flexible hours, as long as agreed deadlines are met and there is some overlap with [insert your primary time zone] for communication.
• Part-time to start (e.g., X–Y hours per week), with potential to increase hours and responsibility as we grow if it’s a strong fit.
