We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an expert in managing projects, streamlining workflows, and optimizing processes using tools like ClickUp and GoHighLevel CRM. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Utilize ClickUp to create, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, funnels, pipelines, and calendar integrations.
- Leverage GoHighLevel CRM to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and enhance client engagement strategies.
- Implement and monitor project automation and integrations to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members using tools like Slack and Monday.com to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Stay updated on the latest AI tools, including ChatGPT, and apply them to streamline workflows and processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, identifying challenges, and offering solutions.

- ClickUp (Expert level required)
- GoHighLevel CRM (Expert level required)
- Monday.com
- Slack
- AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a remote or tech-driven environment.
- Advanced knowledge of ClickUp and GoHighLevel CRM, with a track record of successful implementations and optimizations.
- Strong understanding of automations, sales funnels, pipelines, and calendar integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team dynamics and client relations.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into workflow enhancements.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Job Requirements:
- College - Educated
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent English grammar: written and spoken
- Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection

- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Based on the client's request operating hours - Monday through Friday, 40-hour/week
