JOB OVERVIEW

As the Project Manager / Delivery Lead, you'll be the bridge between technology delivery and business strategy — helping shape how technology initiatives are planned, prioritised, governed, and delivered across the organisation.

In this role, you will drive Agile ways of working, optimise delivery processes, and enable high-performing teams to deliver quality outcomes efficiently and consistently. Working across business analysis, quality assurance, and engineering functions, you will foster collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, priorities, and operational outcomes.
Monitor delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to support successful project execution.
Drive accountability and transparency across delivery teams to achieve agreed outcomes and timelines.

Agile Leadership & Team Enablement
Champion Agile principles and best practices across teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Support and empower teams to self-organise, make informed decisions, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies, delivery practices, and workflow optimisation.

Facilitation & Delivery Governance
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team performance or delivery outcomes.
Establish and maintain effective governance practices to support delivery consistency, visibility, and quality assurance.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to align on priorities, delivery expectations, and strategic outcomes.
Support decision-making through clear reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

Process Improvement & Portfolio Insights
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, planning accuracy, team velocity, and operational transparency across the technology function.
Partner with the IT and Product Manager to maintain visibility across the technology portfolio, including progress tracking, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics.
Provide data-driven insights to support prioritisation, trade-off decisions, and strategic planning activities.

What You’ll Bring
Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience in technology delivery, strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
Qualifications or certifications in Business Management, Project Management, Agile, or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
Strong understanding of project delivery, change management, and knowledge of technology delivery practices including SDLC, DevOps, release management, and delivery governance.
Demonstrated experience using Agile collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across operational, financial, quality, and strategic objectives.
A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership and thrive in evolving or ambiguous environments.
