JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic sales organization in the solar industry, seeking a dedicated Project Manager & Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for managing post-sale correspondence with our install partners and ensuring seamless communication throughout the installation process. Responsibilities include proactive follow-up with customers, ensuring contracts are signed, and supporting our sales efforts through targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage post-sale correspondence with install partners.
Conduct follow-ups via email and phone calls if a customer has not responded within 5 days of contract issuance.
Increase contract close rates through persistent and professional customer engagement.
Potentially perform cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in project management or customer service roles.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Compensation:

This role pays $6/hour. Bonus compensation is also available for leads you generate or assist in helping to close through customer follow up!
