Job Overview
You are the standard that other PMs measure themselves against. When the team wants to know what “great” looks like—how a difficult client conversation gets handled, how a scope change gets managed, or how a migration gets executed under pressure—they watch you. You are the delivery benchmark for the entire PMO.

Your project portfolio is where the complexity lives. Multi-stakeholder engagements, high-value migrations, and tight timelines land on your desk because the team knows you can carry them. You manage more moving parts than anyone else on the PM team without losing quality, relationship depth, or margin. Beyond your portfolio, you are a force multiplier; the systems you build and the SOPs you document make every PM faster and more effective.


Accountabilities
- High-Value Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of the most complex projects in the portfolio—profitably and to the highest quality standard.
- Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of escalation for Project Managers, resolving issues and absorbing client pressure before it reaches the Head of Projects.
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop Project Managers and Junior PMs through specific coaching that builds capability across the team.
- Process Improvement: Drive scalable improvements by identifying inefficiencies and building systems/SOPs that increase team consistency and profitability.
- KPI Excellence: Maintain personal KPI excellence across all metrics while managing the team’s most demanding portfolio.
- Scorecard Mastery: Maintain a consistent ‘Mastery’ tier on the PMO Vantage Scorecard through commercial discipline and 100?ta integrity.


Responsibilities:

Project Leadership
Lead the full lifecycle of complex, multi-stakeholder projects from Sales handover to formal closure with precision.
Define and maintain project scope, timeline, and budget, eliminating commercial risk early.
Manage scope creep proactively, documenting and escalating changes for repricing before they impact margins.
Conduct senior-level client kickoffs, milestone reviews, and executive-level closure walkthroughs.
Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Technical Execution — GWS Gap Cover (Current State)
Execute or oversee advanced GWS backend implementations (migrations, multi-domain DNS, enterprise provisioning).
Serve as the technical escalation point for PMs encountering implementation challenges beyond their expertise.
Validate the quality of technical deliverables across the broader PM team.
Author detailed technical runbooks to facilitate the eventual transition of work to L1/L2/L3 teams.

Team Development & Mentorship
Conduct regular one-on-ones with assigned PMs to provide feedback on KPI performance and project challenges.
Act as the first point of internal escalation for PMs when projects are at risk or situations deteriorate.
Run retrospectives on completed projects to extract lessons and convert them into documented process improvements.
Onboard and orient new PM tea ---------- mbers to the company’s standards and values.

Process & Systems
Identify recurring friction points in delivery and own the fix, from identification to documented SOP.
Review and improve project templates, checklists, and Asana workflows used by the PM team.
Partner with the Head of Projects on capacity planning and PMO performance reporting.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience:

6+ years in project management or IT delivery with a track record in multi-stakeholder engagements.
Prior experience mentoring or leading tea ---------- mbers commercially and professionally.
Hands-on familiarity with Google Workspace administration, DNS, and cloud implementations.
Strong commercial record of hitting or exceeding project profit targets.

Skills:
Senior stakeholder management, technical depth in GWS/MSP stack, process design, and performance coaching.

Work Schedule
- Full-time engagement, Monday–Friday.
- 8-hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends off
- Observance of Philippine holiday
