Project Management Automation Specialist

You'll build and maintain project management systems for b2b companies. This means setting up ClickUp/Notion/Asana spaces, creating automations, and ensuring everything actually works.

Core Responsibilities:

- Set up complete PM systems in ClickUp for client agencies
- Build automations that eliminate manual work
- Fix issues before clients notice them
- Maintain existing systems and improve them
- Follow our proven SOPs to deliver consistent results

Requirements:

- Proven experience with ClickUp (mandatory)
- Experience with at least one other PM tool (Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills - you find solutions, not excuses
- Clear English communication
- Availability during Asia business hours
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical PM setup
