We are seeking a proactive Project Manager Assistant to lead the planning and execution of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administrative and project management roles, with experience working in startups, preferably including involvement in an IPO.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day Operations: Manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
2. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep projects on track.
3. Executive Support: Assist leadership with scheduling, communications, presentations, and administrative tasks.
4. Project Monitoring: Track progress, timelines, and metrics to align with company objectives.
5. Administrative Duties: Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
6. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
7. Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects align with company goals and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in administrative, executive assistant, or project management roles.
2. Startup Experience: Familiarity with startup environments, preferably with involvement in an IPO.
3. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
4. Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate across various teams.
5. Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (Jira preferred) and Google Workspace.
6. Independent Work Ethic: Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
7. FIGMA Experience: Considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Cryptocurrency Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency industry.
2. Work Hours: Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
3. Google Workspace Proficiency: Expertise in Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
4. Jira Experience: Prior use of Jira for project management is highly preferred.
