Job Description
We are looking to give the opportunity for a virtual assistant to become a Construction Coordinator. Our company is a home buying company located in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, United States. Join our growing team and experience a job where you learn something new every day.

Responsibilities include:
Project Coordination
Call, Hire, schedule, and coordinate contractors, handymen, inspectors, and any other vendors.
Research construction problems & review contractor photos
Create scopes of work, contractor agreements, & budgets
Obtain multiple bids and negotiate with vendors
Record keeping of invoices, expenses, & vendor payments
Record keeping of all construction issues
Help manage project timelines

Other Admin Tasks
Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks as required.
Miscellaneous admin for acquisitions department
Research and due diligence on topics relating to the business and create short reports to present to owners.

What We are Looking for
Someone who can solve problems & use critical thinking
Must have great social intelligence and be able to interact with several personalities in the construction industry
Must be resourceful.
Very good attendance record
Communication with Americans & Latino backgrounds in English
Must be able to finish tasks in a fast and speedy manner.
Must have common sense & has great attention to detail
Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and high level of personal integrity and business ethics who drives in a collaborative team environment.
Desire to grow with a growing start-up company.

Education and Experience
A minimum of a College Degree
3-4 years of Maintenance or Construction Coordination Experience
3-4 years of Virtual Assistant or Work from Home Experience

Compensation and Benefits:
Wage: Entry Level Wage - $6/hr - $8/hr
Wage Increases as skills are learned. Possible to raise wages fast based on performance and attendance.
