Professional Thumbnail Designer

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Thumbnail Designer to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to create highly engaging, click-worthy thumbnails that align with our clients' branding, niche, and audience expectations. You should have a deep understanding of YouTube psychology, color theory, and effective design strategies to increase video click-through rates (CTR).
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality, attention-grabbing thumbnails for various YouTube niches (e.g., gaming, finance, podcasts, real estate, etc.).
- Understand and apply CTR optimization techniques, including contrast, facial expressions, typography, and composition.
- Collaborate with our team and clients to ensure thumbnails match their branding and content strategy.
- A/B test different designs and continuously improve
- Work with fast turnaround times (24-48 hours per request) while maintaining top-tier quality.
- Stay updated on YouTube trends, design best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure thumbnails remain competitive.

Requirements
- Proven experience in designing YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required).
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools.
- A solid understanding of color psychology, contrast, and composition for thumbnails.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to maximize clicks and engagement.
- Experience with different YouTube niches and adapting styles accordingly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
