Job Title: Production Artist / Graphic Design Production Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to help prepare customer personalization files for our products.
We sell personalized items such as glasses, cups, T-shirts, and similar products. Customers may request names, dates, initials, birthdays, or small custom text/design changes. Your main job will be to read the order details carefully and prepare the correct production file using our templates.
This is not a high-level creative design role. We mainly need someone who is accurate, organized, and can follow instructions carefully.

Working Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 1:00 AM to 11:00 AM Pacific Time
Philippine Time Equivalent: 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM PHT
Work Setup: Remote
Position Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:
Read customer order details and personalization requests
Prepare production files using existing templates
Add names, dates, initials, text, or simple design changes
Check spelling, layout, alignment, and product details before finalizing
Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW for basic file preparation
Save and export files in the correct format for production
Follow company instructions and keep files organized
Communicate clearly if order details are missing or confusing

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
You do not need to be an expert, but should be around 2–3 out of 5 skill level
Comfortable editing text, resizing, aligning, and working with templates
Strong attention to detail, especially spelling and customer names
Able to follow instructions and work with daily customer orders
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn our process
Experience with personalized products, printing, engraving, or production files is a plus but not required

Who This Job Is Good For:
This position is good for someone who has basic graphic design software knowledge and wants steady production work. The most important part of this job is accuracy, not advanced creative design.
