About The Role

We are looking for a Product Upload Assistant to help us add and manage products in our Shopify stores.

This is a structured, execution-based role. You will follow our exact system and standards.

This is a part-time position (around 4 hours per day) with strong long-term potential.

You will receive:
• Full onboarding document
• Step-by-step video tutorials
• Clear product upload framework
• Structured workflow inside Notion

???? What You Will Do

You will be responsible for:

• Creating product listings inside Shopify
• Writing product titles using our structure
• Writing product descriptions using our templates
• Uploading and organizing product images correctly
• Formatting product pages properly
• Adding product variants (size, color, etc.)
• Setting pricing and product data accurately
• Checking your work carefully before publishing
• Updating and improving existing product listings

You will not guess or invent.
You will follow a structured system.

Attention to detail is critical.

? Working Hours

• Approximately 4 hours per day
• Must be responsive during working hours

You will be required to:

• Submit daily progress updates
• Report completed products
• Work inside our structured system
