We are looking for a Product Sourcing Specialist to identify and source high-quality products for our Amazon store. The ideal candidate will research suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure product quality while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify profitable products for sale on Amazon.
Source suppliers from platforms like Alibaba, local wholesalers, and manufacturers.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), and lead times with suppliers.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive product selection.
Evaluate product quality through sample testing and supplier reviews.
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and production.
Collaborate with the team to optimize product listings and improve sales performance.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and product safety regulations.

Requirements:
Experience in product sourcing, procurement, or e-commerce (Amazon experience preferred).
Knowledge of Amazon FBA, private label, and wholesale sourcing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data.
Proficiency in using sourcing platforms like Alibaba, 1688, and Jungle Scout.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international suppliers.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central.
Understanding of import/export regulations and logistics.
