Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Packaging Design Specialist to join our team. Your primary role will be to design, enhance, and develop high-quality product packaging that stands out in retail environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in packaging design for retail products and will understand how to create packaging that improves product visibility, drives customer engagement, and enhances the overall customer experience. The position will start as part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative and visually appealing product packaging that aligns with brand standards.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging.

Develop packaging designs tailored for retail products, including shelf-ready packaging, gift boxes, and product labels.

Create lifestyle images, infographics, and comparison charts that effectively showcase product features.

Produce marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining brand consistency.

Ensure all designs comply with branding guidelines and industry standards.

Adapt designs for various platforms including physical retail, eCommerce sites, and promotional materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on product packaging (retail experience preferred).

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing packaging designs.

Detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Familiarity with retail packaging standards and guidelines.

Experience with 3D rendering software such as Blender or KeyShot

Experience with Wix or Shopify (a plus).

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
