JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based healthcare technology company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations & Project Coordinator to support the deployment and ongoing development of our medical software platform used in dialysis centers.

This role will work directly with the CEO and engineering team to coordinate software development tasks, manage product backlog items, organize feature requests, and support the onboarding of new clinical sites. The goal is to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and efficient scaling of our platform.

This is a long-term role with significant responsibility and growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage product backlog items using tools such as Trello, StoriesOnBoard, or similar platforms
• Translate high-level feature ideas into clear, structured tasks and requirements
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure tasks are properly understood and executed
• Track progress of development tasks and ensure timely completion
• Help coordinate onboarding of new customer sites, including tracking progress and identifying issues
• Document workflows, processes, and feature requirements
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes
• Help ensure smooth overall coordination between leadership and engineering

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience working with software development teams
• Ability to think logically and translate ideas into structured tasks
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• High attention to detail
• Reliable and professional

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with SaaS products
• Experience with Agile or Scrum workflows
• Experience using Trello, Jira, Notion, or similar tools
• Experience coordinating remote development teams
