We’re looking for a Product Manager (Business & Sales Operations) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of sales, product, tech, and operations, owning internal tools and workflows that drive deal flow, founder success, and investor engagement. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to streamline repeatable processes, improve internal systems, and scale revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
Own internal business systems: CRM workflows, pipeline reporting, deal tracking, and outreach coordination.
Support deal prep and launch within our platform, including basic compliance workflows and data QA.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process or tooling improvements.
Coordinate closely with the business team to ensure investor engagement, follow-ups, and scheduling are timely and automated where possible.
Run LinkedIn and
Use Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM exports for reporting, clean-up, and light analytics.
Document processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and repeatable playbooks.
You’re a fit if you:
Have 2+ years of experience in product, business operations, or sales ops
Are analytical and systems-driven, using data and first-principles thinking to make decisions.
Have excellent verbal and written communication — especially in fast-paced, founder-driven environments.
Are proactive, self-managed, and excited by the opportunity to own business-facing systems.
Are familiar with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), Google Sheets, Notion, and outreach tools.
Thrive in startup environments and know how to operate with agility and independence.
Exposure to user research, analytics, or internal tooling optimization is a plus.
Background in finance, economics, or a related field is a nice-to-have.
Previous experience in startups, banking, or financial services sectors is preferred
Working Hours
Full-time, aligned with US Eastern Time (9AM–5PM ET)
