Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Shape the product direction: what we build next, and why it matters
Write clear product plans for every major feature: who it's for, what problem it solves, what success looks like, and what we're intentionally leaving out
Map out user flows and workflows — the step-by-step journey of how a person moves through each feature — so design and engineering have a clear picture before building
Own the user experience: direct the designer, stay on top of the work as it evolves, and make sure every flow solves the right problem
Hand off finished plans to engineering with everything they need to build confidently
Stay on top of development progress so features ship on time and as intended
Measure whether what we ship actually moves the business

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience as a Product Manager shipping real products to real customers
Has taken at least one product from initial idea all the way through to launch and live use
Strong, clear writing: you can turn a vague idea into a document any teammate can read and understand the same way
Able to write a complete plan for a feature that answers who it's for, what problem it solves, what success looks like, what's included, what's not, and any open questions
Able to take a broad, high-level idea and progressively break it down — first into a feature, then into clear flows
Comfortable working closely with engineering — understands enough about how software is built to discuss tradeoffs (cost, time, complexity) without needing everything translated
Comfortable with data — knows what's worth measuring, and uses numbers to inform decisions
Familiar with common product and collaboration tools (task tracking, design, documentation, analytics)
