Product Development & Sourcing

We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented person to support our growing e-commerce brands. This role focuses on product research, supplier communication, and managing new product development from idea to production for Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other platforms. TNCST Products has been in business since 2018 with 2 brands and plans for strong growth. Operating mainly in the home decor and furnishings niches.
The right person for this job must be able to take product concepts, gather competitor information and work with suppliers to make a sellable product.
Responsibilities
• Research profitable product opportunities
• Work directly with suppliers on Alibaba, WeChat, and email
• Help turn product ideas into manufacturing products by creating designs
• Communicate product vision, revisions, materials, dimensions, and features to suppliers
• Manage new product projects from initial idea through placing the production order
• Work independently and provide updates during weekly tea ---------- etings
• Present progress, ideas, and results related to assigned KPIs
• Organize product development information and timelines
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with sourcing, product development and e-commerce
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable presenting updates and ideas in tea ---------- etings
• Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and follow through on tasks
• Reliable internet and computer
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Amazon FBA a plus
• Experience working with manufacturers
• Understanding of manufacturing, materials, and packaging
• Experience managing supplier relationships and timelines
Position Details
• Full-time remote position
• Flexible hours with occasional EST meetings
• Base salary plus opportunity for monthly performance bonuses after 90 days
