Job Title:
Product Designer, Etsy Lister, and Social Media Manager (Virtual Assistant)

Job Overview: - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and creative Virtual Assistant to join our growing Etsy store. This role combines product design, listing management, and social media marketing. Initially, tasks will be introduced gradually, but our goal is for you to eventually manage most aspects independently.

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform any additional duties assigned to support business growth and operations.
- Product Research & Design:
- Conduct product trend research and competitive price analysis.
- Design a diverse range of digital products including PDFs, Excel templates, POD images/products, wall decals, graphics, checklists, stickers, journals, gift cards/tags, wedding gifts/menus, invitations, and more.
- Aim to create between 50 to 80 high-quality digital products each month.

Product Listing & SEO:
- Develop engaging mockup images for listings.
- Write compelling SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions.
- Efficiently upload and manage product listings on Etsy.

Social Media Management:
- Create attractive social media mockups and engaging content for Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and other forums.
- Schedule and post content for social media
- Produce captivating short videos for social media to boost engagement and visibility.
- Actively participate and promote products within relevant Facebook groups and community pages.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with digital product design and listing management on Etsy.
- Proficiency with design software like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies for Etsy.
- Creative flair for social media marketing, content creation, and video production.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
