Product Designer

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join Theo Labs, bringing your expertise in creating exceptional user experiences for our web3 products. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user journey and visual identity of our projects. Your strong command of design principles, collaboration skills, and understanding of user-centric design will be essential in translating our vision into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and user requirements.
Create wireframes on Figma, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all products.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively refine design solutions and optimize user experiences.
Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product features and functionality.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, preferably within a startup or web3 projects.
A strong portfolio of projects you’ve worked on to showcase your design skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the decentralized web is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design rationale.

Skills desired: Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Figma

Bonus points if you have animated / motion design experience
