About the Role
Cloud9 is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Bookkeeping Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines procurement management, vendor communication, warehouse coordination, and bookkeeping responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring accurate financial records, managing supplier relationships, and helping maintain efficient procurement and logistics processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage furniture and product proposals, communicate directly with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and order status, and coordinate warehouse logistics to ensure smooth inventory and delivery operations. You will be responsible for maintaining procurement records, tracking orders, and supporting purchasing activities.
On the bookkeeping side, you will record and reconcile financial transactions, assist with accounts payable and receivable, maintain organized financial records, and support administrative accounting functions. You will also learn company software and internal processes, helping document workflows and support future operational transitions as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with excellent English communication skills and at least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, bookkeeping, accounting, or a related operational role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You should have experience working with vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate financial records. Strong spreadsheet skills, proficiency with bookkeeping or accounting software, and the ability to quickly learn new systems are essential. Experience with inventory management, warehouse coordination, or furniture procurement is a plus.

This role currently supports several key business functions, and there is a long-term plan to help build scalable processes that may eventually support outsourced procurement, bookkeeping, and administrative operations.
