We are looking for a highly experienced **Process Integrator / Operations Manager** to help scale and optimize our fast-growing e-commerce business in the Health & Beauty niche.

We run multiple Funnelish stores and are looking for someone who can bring structure, improve systems, streamline operations, and help turn chaos into scalable processes.

This is not an entry-level VA role.
We want someone who thinks like an operator, takes ownership, and can lead a team at a high level.

## Your Role

As our Process Integrator / Operations Manager, your job is to improve, manage, and oversee the operational side of the business.

You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for making sure the entire company operates efficiently.

### Responsibilities:

* Build and improve SOPs
* Optimize workflows and internal systems
* Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
* Improve team accountability and communication
* Organize projects and operational priorities
* Create scalable operational structures
* Manage and improve fulfillment/customer support processes
* Coordinate between departments (media buying, creatives, support, fulfillment, etc.)
* Implement KPIs and reporting dashboards
* Ensure projects and tasks are executed properly
* Manage and oversee a remote team of 20+ people
* Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable for performance and deadlines
* Make sure departments are aligned and operating efficiently
* Take end responsibility for operational execution across the business

You are the person ensuring things get done correctly, on time, and at a high standard.

## Requirements

### MUST HAVE:

* Strong experience as an Operations Manager / Integrator / Project Manager in e-commerce
* Experience managing teams
* Experience with Funnelish stores
* Experience scaling DTC brands
* Excellent organizational and systems-thinking skills
* Ability to create SOPs and operational documentation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* High ownership mentality
* Ability to manage people and enforce accountability
* Experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets, etc.

### BIG PLUS:

* Experience in Health & Beauty brands
* Experience with high-volume funnels
* Understanding of direct-response marketing
* Experience working with remote teams
* Experience implementing EOS or similar operational frameworks
