Probate Research/ Skip Tracing

Hello, my name is Alana Marshall, and I am the Director of Operations for a Real Estate Wholesale company based in South Florida, United States. We specialize in purchasing properties from family members of property owners who have passed away. In order to do this, we must first find the family members by researching the deceased owner...who are their relatives, and who may be the person/people entitled to receive money in exchange for the property. We are hiring for a full time position for someone who is very comfortable with Court research - court records and official records, Genealogical research, and Skip tracing. If this sounds like something you've done before, let me know. I'm happy to train someone who has experience with most of these tasks, but hasn't done all of them together.
