We're expanding our team and looking to hire experienced sourcing professionals from the Philippines who can help us scale our recruiting efforts efficiently and professionally.

Position Summary
We're hiring a Part-Time Recruiter/Sourcer to support our active recruiting efforts through cold-calling, candidate sourcing, and consistent communication on pipeline progress. You'll be working with U.S.-based candidates and clients, leveraging your strong English communication skills to build rapport, qualify candidates, and keep our pipeline full. This role is ideal for someone with previous BPO, recruiting, or sales experience who enjoys the hunt — finding great candidates, making the first connection, and moving them through the early stages of the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities
Cold-Calling & Candidate Outreach
• Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based prospective candidates from sourced lists, job boards, and referrals
• Engage candidates in initial conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and availability
• Build rapport quickly using clear, neutral English and professional phone etiquette
• Handle candidate questions, objections, and schedule follow-up screenings with the Principal Recruiter
• Send follow-up emails and SMS messages to maintain candidate engagement

Candidate Sourcing
• Source qualified U.S.-based candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for both active and anticipated client roles
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates
• Maintain organized records of candidate outreach, status, and next steps in our tracking systems
• Pre-screen candidate resumes for fit before passing them to the Principal Recruiter

Pipeline Updates & Reporting
• Provide daily or weekly updates on recruiting activity (calls made, candidates contacted, candidates submitted)
• Participate in weekly video check-ins to discuss active roles, blockers, and pipeline health
• Communicate clearly and proactively about candidate progress, withdrawals, or pipeline gaps
• Document outreach efforts and outcomes in shared tracking systems (Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM)

Qualifications Required:
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients in a BPO, KPO, or virtual assistant capacity
• Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, or technical roles
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for U.S. clients and candidates
• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable with cold-calling U.S. candidates and persistent follow-up
• Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.), and basic CRM/ATS tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps), dedicated computer, headset, and quiet home office
• Existing professional network or candidate sourcing experience and making high-volume outbound calling
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field

Most cold-calling and candidate outreach to U.S.-based candidates needs to happen during U.S. business hours. We require U.S. Times
