Prepare print-ready Illustrator files for NWPP and WPP bags
Build artwork on factory die lines and templates
Manage front, back, gussets, bottom panels, seams, and safe zones
Set up spot colors (Pantone), bleeds, traps, and repeat lengths
Revise artwork efficiently based on factory feedback
Maintain clean layers, file naming, and version control
Required Experience:
Strong experience with flexographic and/or gravure printing
Hands-on work with woven or non-woven polypropylene packaging or bags
Understanding of print tolerances, seam loss, and registration shift
Ability to deliver press-ready files with minimal supervision
Comfortable working with overseas factories and technical feedback
Required Skills:
Adobe Illustrator (expert level)
Print production and prepress setup
Packaging or industrial print experience
Not a Fit If You Primarily Do:
Social media graphics
Web or UI design
Logo-only branding work
What We Offer:
Clear direction and templates
Consistent, repeat work
Fast turnaround projects
Long-term relationship for the right person
To Apply:
Please include examples of production or packaging work (AI or PDF). Mockups alone are not sufficient.
