A Message from the Owner
Hi there! I am the owner of Monarch Property Group, a growing real estate-oriented services business based in the US.

What this position entails: I’m not looking for someone who just wants to "log in and log out." I am looking for a long-term partner—someone who is naturally "nerdy" about numbers, loves a good challenge, and wants to build a career in the exciting world of Airbnb and hospitality.

I don’t care if you haven’t used a specific software tool or product before. I can teach you the tools. What I can’t teach is honesty, a high attention to detail, and a "can-do" attitude. If you are a quick learner who is great with data, I want to talk to you.

What Your Day Will Look Like
Once I train you, your mission will be to help us make our properties as profitable as possible.

Pricing Strategy: You will look at our pricing tools daily to adjust rates for our properties (don't worry, I'll show you how!).

Market Research: You will conduct market research by checking on the competition to see how our homes compare to others in the area.

Optimization: You’ll look at our Airbnb listings and find ways to make them more attractive to guests.

Profit Tracking: You’ll help me keep track of costs (like cleaning and fees) to make sure we are actually making money, not just staying busy.

Growth: As you get better, you'll take on more responsibility in managing the performance of the entire portfolio.
