JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Pricing & Cost Optimization Virtual Assistant Specialist with Profit First Certified to assist in developing a custom price book and ensuring accurate job costing. Our goal is to transition from a third-party pricing system to an internal, optimized pricing structure that enhances profitability and efficiency for our HVAC home service business. The ideal candidate should have experience with Housecall Pro, CompanyCam, and GoHighLevel.

Tuesday to Saturday Philippine Daytime Hours (Monday to Friday US Time).


Job responsibilities:

1. Price Book Development
- Assist in building a structured price book for labor, materials, and service tasks.
- Organize pricing data into Google Sheets / Excel for easy management.
- Ensure accurate pricing based on labor hours, material costs, and profit margins.
- Maintain a dynamic pricing structure that allows for updates as costs change.

2. Cost Analysis & Job Pricing Optimization
-Analyze cost vs. profitability to determine optimal pricing.
-Calculate break-even points and target profit margins per service.
-Assist in tracking and updating costs for materials and labor.
-Compare current pricing with industry standards to maintain competitiveness.

3. Housecall Pro Integration
-Work within Housecall Pro (HCP) to ensure the price book syncs with job estimates.
-Input new services, materials, and pricing into the HCP system.
-Ensure job inputs align with pre-defined pricing structures.
-Assist in organizing job estimates and cost tracking in HCP.

4. Data Management & Reporting
-Maintain accurate records of service costs, materials, and pricing adjustments.
-Provide weekly reports on pricing trends, profit margins, and cost fluctuations.
-Develop automated formulas in Google Sheets / Excel to streamline calculations.

Requirements:

-Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, data organization, automation).
-Experience in job costing, pricing strategies, or financial analysis.
-Knowledge of Housecall Pro or similar CRM systems (preferred but not required).
-Detail-oriented and highly organized.
