Seraph’s consulting work and expertise produces mountains of data and observations. We need your design and data eye to showcase our capabilities, turning those insights into executive-level stories.
Who You Are
• You cringe at chartcrimes and disorganized ideas on a slide.
• You pause YouTube talks just to admire a chart.
• A great graph makes you ask, “How did they make that?” then you replicate it.
• Bloomberg Graphics, Edward Tufte, Visual Capitalist, and top business reports inspire you.
• Mediocrity offends you, so you dig straight to the raw data.
• You are a pragmatic innovator, you can make something quickly if on a tight timeline, but you will push the limits of your creativity when you have the time, making something better than anyone expects.
Role
- Remote position supporting teams in the US and Europe; flexible hours with some US-time overlap ideal
- Own the creation of visual narratives for client pitches, project deliverables, and thought-leadership content
Responsibilities
- Design PowerPoint decks that follow brand guidelines and tell concise, persuasive stories
- Translate survey data and analytics into client-ready slides and reports
- Build charts in Excel and Think-Cell (or equivalent) that reveal key insights at a glance
- Edit graphics and images in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools to enhance visual impact (for Seraph or the companies we own or serve)
- Improve and transform slide decks made by the team into something world class
- Publish finished content online and format for WordPress, or Linkedin
Qualifications
- English speaking and writing fluency.
- Have produced slides for consulting firms or fortune 500 companies before.
- Experience with Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency for corporate storytelling
- Familiarity with Think-Cell or similar visualization add-ins
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and intermediate skill Photoshop or Canva
- Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and brand consistency
- Proven experience producing decks for consulting, finance, or other professional services
- Able to translate data into narrative visuals and meet deadlines independently
- Comfortable formatting and posting content in WordPress or another CMS so we can share your work online
