We are currently seeking an elite, heavy-hitting Project Manager & Client Experience Lead to serve as the critical bridge between our consulting strategies, our technical builders, and our high-net-worth clients.
The Mission: Management & Communication (Not Building)

You will completely own the client experience from the initial onboarding call to final project delivery. Your Core Responsibilities
1. Client Management & Flawless Communication
The Source of Truth: Own the entire client relationship lifecycle from onboarding through project completion.
Live Leadership: Lead onboarding sessions, operational check-ins, and ongoing alignment calls with absolute confidence and executive poise.
Firewall Triage: Manage high-velocity, professional communications across our executive Gmail, Slack, and WhatsApp Business channels for active projects and sales pipelines.
Proactive Assurance: Ensure that every client always knows exactly what has been completed, what is happening right now, and what milestones are coming next.
2. Project, Timeline & Delivery Tracking
Portfolio Control: Simultaneously track timelines, budgets, task allocations, and roadmaps across multiple active client projects.
Freelancer Execution: Manage our team of technical builders and freelancers. You will ruthlessly hunt down action items, enforce accountability, and aggressively unblock tasks before they cause project delays.
Asset Housekeeping: Maintain, categorize, and organize our internal Loom and Scribe video libraries.
3. Software Partnership Ecosystem
Vendor Relations: Act as the primary professional representative of our firm to software partners (
Asset Tracking: Manage referral agreements, track outbound partner commissions, and ensure our corporate tier certifications across relevant platforms remain current and compliant.
4. Strategic Sales Support
Deal Coordination: Assist with sales preparation materials, coordinate discovery calls, participate in sales conversations, and help scope out project parameters.

Ecosystem Familiarity: Highly comfortable navigating the structural frameworks of

Compensation & Strategic Value
