Visionary Advantages is looking for a talented logo designer to support premium brand identity projects for our boutique brand and website studio.

This role is for someone who specializes in logos and brand identity, not someone who only does basic graphic design or social media templates. We are looking for a designer with a strong eye for typography, spacing, balance, color, and brand personality.

Our clients are often small businesses, founders, authors, service providers, ecommerce brands, and growing companies that need a polished, professional visual identity. We care about logos that feel thoughtful, refined, and custom, not generic templates.

This is a project-based contractor role. Work will be assigned by project, with clear scope, timeline, and deliverables. If the fit is strong, there may be ongoing brand identity and logo design work over time.

What You’ll Help With

You may help create:

Custom logo concepts
Primary logos, alternate logos, and submarks
Typography and color direction
Brand identity exploration
Logo refinement based on client feedback
Simple brand boards or visual direction boards
Final logo file preparation
Clean handoff files for client use

The right designer has a portfolio that shows strong logo and brand identity work.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a polished, premium design style
Understands typography and logo composition
Can create original concepts, not template-based designs
Can follow a creative brief carefully
Can explain the thinking behind a logo concept
Takes feedback well and refines thoughtfully
Is detail-oriented with spacing, alignment, balance, and consistency
Communicates clearly and meets deadlines
Can provide clean final files
Wants to build a long-term working relationship with an agency

We specifically need a designer with strong logo design and brand identity experience.

Trial Project
We may start with a small paid logo or brand identity test project before assigning client work.

The trial may include reviewing a short creative brief and creating 1-2 logo concept directions, with a short explanation of your thinking.
