Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pre-Press Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and optimizing files for printing, ensuring that all projects meet our quality standards and client specifications. If you have a passion for design and a strong background in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze print-ready files submitted by clients.
Prepare and optimize files for various printing processes, ensuring sizing, color accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve file issues, providing solutions to clients as needed.
Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in pre-press technology.
Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Pre-Press or in a similar role within the design and or printing industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with print production processes and color management is a plus.
