Analyst Academy builds training products and resources used by professionals and B2B teams worldwide. One of our core products, SlideStart, is a curated gallery of world-class slide presentations inspired by how top B2B companies communicate.
We’re looking for someone who can help us produce templates consistently, accurately, and at scale.
Role Summary
We are hiring a PowerPoint Production Specialist to help us build and maintain SlideStart templates.
This is not a creative design role.
This is an execution and production role focused on turning references and guidelines into clean, reusable PowerPoint templates.
You will work closely with our internal team, following established standards, to increase the volume of high-quality templates we can release.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Core Responsibilities
Build PowerPoint slide templates based on provided references and guidelines
Create and manage layouts using Slide Master
Ensure consistent alignment, spacing, fonts, and formatting across slides
Convert inspiration slides into structured, reusable templates
Organize and maintain clean, editable PowerPoint files
Apply feedback quickly and accurately
Help increase overall template production speed without sacrificing quality
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
-PowerPoint Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong experience with:
-Slide Master
-Layouts & placeholders
-Theme fonts and colors
-Alignment and spacing
-Ability to create clean, scalable, reusable templates
Execution & Attention to Detail
-Extremely detail-oriented
-Comfortable following strict guidelines
-Able to replicate patterns and styles accurately
-Fast but precise
Experience Background (Preferred)
-Corporate presentations
-Consulting / executive decks
-Training or educational slide decks
-B2B or professional services presentations
Nice to Have (Not Required)
-Basic design principles (spacing, hierarchy, consistency)
-Experience working with templates or design systems
-Familiarity with B2B presentations
-Adobe or Figma experience (bonus only)
