PowerPoint Design Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled PowerPoint Design Specialist to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. Your primary focus will be on creating, editing, and refining PowerPoint presentations with consistent design, strong visual appeal, and professional execution. You must be able to quickly turn around edits, maintain brand consistency, and create engaging presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations that are visually appealing and easy to understand.
-Implement consistent branding, fonts, layouts, and animations across all slides.
-Work on quick-turnaround edits and execution based on direct feedback.
-Utilize advanced PowerPoint features such as custom animations, slide transitions, charts, SmartArt, and templates to enhance presentation quality.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure all presentations meet branding and messaging requirements.
-(Optional) Assist with basic graphic design tasks in tools like Canva for supplementary graphics.

Requirements:
-Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint – must know all features, including animations, transitions, templates, and custom slide designs.
-Owns a licensed copy of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word preferred but not required).
-Strong design sense with attention to detail and consistency.
-Ability to work on tight deadlines and handle quick revisions efficiently.
-Portfolio showcasing past PowerPoint presentations or related design work (required).

-Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop for minor graphic design tasks.

Preferred Skills:
-Strong understanding of corporate presentation aesthetics.
-Ability to visualize complex data using PowerPoint’s charting tools or embedded Excel charts.
-Knowledge of presentation storytelling and structuring slides for impact.
